All training in our exclusive 1400 sq/ft studio is one to one and limited to a maximum of 3 clients at peak times. There’s no overcrowding or waiting around for equipment as you enjoy working out in your own private space. The studio is fully air conditioned with brand new state of the art equipment. Our spacious studio with its high ceilings and natural light provides a space you’ll enjoy spending time in. Our limited clientele ensures a highly personal and welcoming atmosphere.

6/7 No cardio

We won’t stand and watch you on the treadmill, bike or x-trainer for half a session. That would be a waste of your money and our expertise. Resistance (or weight) training requires the most supervision and guidance, which will therefore be the main focus of your training sessions. The majority of your cardio exercise will be done before or after each session as instructed by your trainer.
